What is Auricular Acupressure/Auriculotherapy?
Auricular Acupressure is a non-invasive therapy that can improve health and wellness in the ear.
How does it work?
Using adhesive pellets or seeds on specific points in the ear to address symptoms like pain, stress and anxiety, addiction, digestion, and much more.
Is it safe?
Studies have shown the effectiveness of stimulating corresponding ear points in the treatment of several disorders amongst those who participated in clinical studies, demonstrating positive outcomes.
Self-care and removal.
Gently applying pressure in circular movements for 30-60 seconds, 2-3 times a day. Ear pellets and seeds can be worn up to 3 days. When ready to remove, tilt your head so the seeds don’t fall into the ear canal. You can use your fingers or a tweezer to pinch them out.
